We can help you with the number of your product change requests because the number may not be exactly predictable when purchasing online. When a different color/model is requested for our products, we initiate the return process of your purchased product so that you can purchase the model/color product you want again.

Number Change

Below we are sharing all the steps regarding the number change process:

1. We kindly ask you to fill out the “return section” page that came with the invoice of your product, by specifying “number change” and completely (Model name, number requested to be changed). We kindly ask you to send us your number change product together with your invoice and “number change section” form.

2. We kindly ask you to prepare the product you purchased with its original packaging (Marsea bag, Marsea kraft box, Marsea booklet). By sending it with Marsea Store's special packaging, we will not waste any new packaging and will not create plastic waste. 🙌🏻🌎

3. We kindly request that you send the number change product you have prepared to us via our contracted MNG cargo company to the address we will provide below.

4. After we receive the product and complete our inspections, we will replace it with a new product in the number you requested! We will notify you when the new product is ready and we will ship it 🌟🙌🏻

RETURN

1. We kindly ask you to fill out the “return section” page that came with the invoice for your product. We kindly ask you to send us your return product along with your invoice and “return section” form.

2. We kindly ask you to prepare the product you purchased with its original packaging (Marsea bag, Marsea kraft box, Marsea booklet). By sending it with Marsea Store's special packaging, we will not waste any new packaging and will not create plastic waste. 🙌🏻🌎

3. We kindly request that you send the returned product you have prepared to us via our contracted MNG cargo company to the address we will provide below.

4. We will perform our inspections when the product reaches us. At this point, it is important that the product is unused and undamaged in order for us to approve the return. After our inspection process is completed and approved, we will make the refund payment to you! 💸 The time it takes for the refund amount to be transferred back to your account may vary depending on the bank you have an agreement with.
