PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

If the product you purchased from our website is faulty, you must contact us via the online support section on our page within 14 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product that you will deliver to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error is due to customer use or if the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The products must be unworn, unused and in a saleable condition. Returns of products that are worn, torn, washed or not in their original condition will not be accepted. The conditions for product return and exchange are based on the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

CHANGE

We do not have an exchange option. The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have purchased and make a new purchase for the correct product after the return is accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can only cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info.tr@marsea.store. For orders sent to a cargo transfer center or assigned a tracking code, no cancellation is possible and the return process must be followed.
